Police in Thyolo have arrested, Philip Lipulo aged 28, for allegedly defiling a minor.
Public Relations Officer for Thyolo police , Rabecca Kashoti, has confirmed the arrest and said the incident occurred on Monday March 31, 2025.
Kashoti says the victim was in company of her friends returning home from the market, when she met three men including the suspect who allegedly dragged her into a nearby bush before commiting the alleged offense.
She says the victim’s friends attempted to intervene, but the suspect threatened to kill them. Watch Video> HERE
