
The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, has credited the recent decline in food prices across Nigeria to the “strategic and focused” policies implemented by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
Speaking at a press briefing in Abuja, Idris noted that several economic reforms and interventions—such as support for local farmers, reduction in transport bottlenecks, and enhanced food distribution networks—are beginning to yield results.
