A Nigerian woman has taken to social media in tears after her luxury hair wig, reportedly purchased for ₦1.7 million, became tangled and unwearable after just one outing.
In a now-viral video, the distraught buyer narrated how she invested in what was advertised as premium human hair from a popular vendor. However, after wearing the wig once, it became matted, tangled, and “condemned,” prompting her to seek help and justice online.
“This is not just hair, it’s money gone,” she lamented. “I saved up for this hair because they said it’s luxury grade. I wore it only once, and now it’s trash.”
Social media users have since weighed in, with some sympathizing with the buyer while others questioned the value and verification process before such an expensive purchase.
