Adeyinka Alaseyori, the Nigerian gospel singer, and Dave Akinyemi, her husband, have welcomed their second child.
In an Instagram post on Thursday, Alaseyori shared footage from her pregnancy photoshoot while announcing the birth of the baby boy.
The singer expressed gratitude to God and appreciated everyone who supported her throughout her pregnancy journey for their love, kindness, and prayers.
She also revealed that she and her newborn are in perfect condition.
“To God be all the glory. The journey of 40 weeks ended in praise. I’m well and our son is in perfect condition,” she wrote.
“Thanks to everyone that journeyed with us through it all. Thanks for your care and concerns. Thanks for your love and kindness.
“But above it all, thanks for your prayers. I’m officially mother of two boys and a girl.”
Adeyinka and Dave married in 2015. With the arrival of their baby boy, the couple now have two children.
The couple celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary in December 2022.
In May 2024, the gospel singer revealed that she does not showcase her husband publicly because he prefers a private family life.
She also expressed her love for her husband, adding that he is a “dream supporter”.
