Operatives of the Nigeria Police Ebute-Ero Division of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested a notorious robbery suspect, Tejumola Yekini for terrorising and robbing road users on Eko Bridge, Lagos Island.
The suspect was arrested for allegedly attacking and robbing a victim identified as Bassey Dominic of his Techno phone valued at N180,000, cash sum of N43,000 and forcing the victim to transfer the sum of N150,000 from his account to the suspect account before abandoning him and fled.
The suspect allegedly armed with a cutlass and other dangerous weapons swooped on the victim who was walking home on bridge at about 10.30 pm, robbed him of his properties, held him down and allegedly forced him to transferred N150,000 to his account and fled.HERE TO READ THE FULL STORY ▶▶▶▶
