In other news, The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, recently revealed that he once declined a personal invitation from an unnamed African president who sought divine healing through him.
Pastor Adeboye made the disclosure during the July 2025 Holy Ghost Service held at Redemption City, Mowe, Ogun State.
Addressing the congregation, the 82-year-old cleric said the head of state had reportedly reached out after conventional medical options failed.
According to Adeboye, the president contacted a pastor of the RCCG in his country and asked him to request a personal visit from the General Overseer.
