The scheme, which will benefit about 12,000 students, cuts across various categories, including medical and law students, as well as students living with disabilities.

Governor Aiyedatiwa, in a statement issued by his office, said the intervention reflects his administration’s commitment to ensuring access to quality education for every Ondo indigene, regardless of social or economic background.

He stressed that education remains a top priority of his government, adding that sustained investment in human capital development is crucial for the state’s future.

The governor also assured that his administration would continue to provide necessary support to students both within and outside the state to enable them excel in their academic pursuits.
