The incident, which occurred during a political gathering, has drawn strong condemnation and raised concerns about the escalation of political violence ahead of the 2027 elections.
Suspected thugs stormed a church premises in Alimosho, Lagos, during an ADC event.The attack resulted in the vandalization of vehicles, seizure of property, and several injuries.
The ADC’s National Publicity Secretary, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, condemned the incident as a “profound act of sacrilege.”
The party cited a pattern of intimidation, including recent threats and disruptions in Edo, Kogi, Kaduna, and Kebbi states.
