Peter Obi After Bloody Weekend: Our Casualty Figures Rival Those Of Countries Officially At War

Obi’s call was made in a post on X after eight personnel of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, were killed in Edo State, as well as five soldiers and 58 civilians feared dead in Borno State over the weekend.
According to him, the recent killings show the country is a step away from a full-blown security emergency.
While condoling the families, Obi charged the government to arrest the killers and bring them to justice quickly.
