Former Bodyguard Kelvin Atobiloye, Popularly Known As Kelvin Power, Has Opened Up About Why He Left His Security Job With Billionaire Businessman Mike Adenuga’s family

Speaking in an interview with PUNCH Newspapers, Kelvin revealed that constant issues with Adenuga’s daughter, Bella, made the job extremely challenging for him.

According to him, he initially worked directly under Bella, but no matter how hard he tried, he felt his efforts never met her expectations. Due to the tension, she eventually reassigned him to her father’s residence where he began working as part of Mike Adenuga’s personal security team.

However, the situation did not improve. Kelvin said Bella continued to express dissatisfaction with his work even after the transfer, and the ongoing criticism eventually pushed him to resign.

In his words:
“I was working with Adenuga’s daughter, Bella, but it seemed nothing I did pleased her. One day, she sent me back to her father’s compound. I then started working with Adenuga directly. But she still had issues with me, so I eventually had to leave.”

Kelvin noted that he left the Adenuga household about ten years ago during a very difficult period in his life, as he was dealing with the loss of his mother and serious financial struggles.

After leaving, he continued his career in private security and was later introduced to singer Kizz Daniel through a professional security firm.

Aside from being a bodyguard, Kelvin Power is also an IFBB professional bodybuilder and has appeared in a few acting roles. He says the experience taught him valuable lessons about professionalism and resilience while working in high-pressure environments.
