U.S. Attorney General, Pam Bondi, has criticised Democratic lawmakers following their walkout from a congressional hearing linked to the Jeffrey Epstein case.

Bondi said the meeting was scheduled at the convenience of the lawmakers and that ample time had been provided for questioning.

“We came at their convenience. We gave them, really, as much time as they wanted,” she said.

According to her, tensions escalated during the session, with one congresswoman allegedly refusing to proceed because cameras from C-SPAN were not present.

“One congresswoman screamed C-SPAN wasn’t in there, so she didn’t want to ask questions,” Bondi stated, adding that the same lawmakers had earlier taken to social media claiming they had numerous questions to raise.
