BREAKING: University of Arkansas Chapter DUMPS Turning Point USA After Accusing Them Of Exploiting Charlie Kirk’s Death

A major conservative campus group just imploded — and the reason is turning heads across the political world.

A chapter of Turning Point USA at the University of Arkansas has cut ties with the organization entirely, accusing the group of exploiting the death of its founder, Charlie Kirk, for political gain.

But the timing of the decision is what’s raising eyebrows, coming less than a week after Erika Kirk, the late activist’s widow and newly installed CEO of the organization, visited Arkansas to promote an expansion of the group across the state alongside Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

Then, instead of celebrating the visit, the campus chapter dropped a bombshell.

In a public statement, the group’s former president said members were deeply uncomfortable with how Turning Point USA has repeatedly invoked Charlie Kirk’s name since he was killed at a campus event last year.

“We are generally put off by how Charlie Kirk has been used by TPUSA since his assassination,” he wrote.

According to the statement, leaders were frustrated by constant messaging claiming “Charlie would have said…” or “Charlie would have wanted…” — language they described as “disingenuous and manipulative.”

“Charlie Kirk cannot speak for himself anymore,” the statement continued. “We do not recognize the way others have attempted to speak for him.” The backlash was strong enough that the chapter unanimously voted to walk away from Turning Point USA altogether.
