Fulani Herder Abducted In Otukpo, Benue; Ransom Demanded

A 24-year-old Fulani herder, Ibrahim Isah, was abducted by unknown armed bandits on March 18 while grazing cattle near Ondudaje Village in Otukpo LGA, Benue State.

The kidnappers reportedly contacted the victim’s family through his mobile phone, demanding a ransom of ₦4 million to be paid into Moniepoint Account.

Following the incident, the Otukpo patrol team and other tactical units launched a search of the surrounding bushes to track the suspects, rescue the victim, and effect arrests.See more, details. .
