U.S. President Donald Trump has warned that immigration enforcement agents could be deployed to airports if Democrats do not agree to terms in the ongoing Department of Homeland Security funding dispute.

According to the statement, Trump said the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) could take over security operations at airports, promising strict enforcement measures.

“ICE agents will do security like no one has ever seen before,” he said.
Trump added that such measures would include the immediate arrest of undocumented immigrants across the country, with particular emphasis on individuals from Somalia.

The remarks come amid heightened political tensions in Washington over immigration policy and federal funding, with debates continuing over border security, enforcement strategies and legislative priorities.
