BREAKING: IRAN Hardliners Call for Nuclear Weapons in Defiance of Strikes, Urging Break From Non-Proliferation Treaty as war escalates with US and Israel
Iranian hardliners, particularly those aligned with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), are increasingly vocal in pushing for Iran to pursue a nuclear weapon outright and withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
Tasnim News Agency (IRGC-affiliated) published an article explicitly calling for Iran to exit the NPT “as soon as possible” while maintaining a claimed “civilian” nuclear program.
