BREAKING: Troops Crush Kaduna Church Raid – 31 Hostages Freed, 5 Confirmed Dead
Nigerian Army troops have repelled a terrorist operation targeting worshippers during an Easter service in Ariko Village, Kachia LGA of Kaduna State.
The intervention followed a distress call and led to a rapid deployment to the scene, where soldiers engaged the attackers in a gun battle with support from local residents.
The pressure forced the assailants to abandon 31 abducted civilians, including one injured victim now receiving treatment. However, five victims were found dead at the scene.
