This is contained in a circular issued by the state’s Commissioner, Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, Hajiya Zainab Musa-Musawa.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the circular was issued in Katsina on Saturday by Malam Sani Danjuma, the Public Relations Officer of the ministry.
