Fatal Lagos Clash: Over 10 Lives Lost in Bus-Trailer Collision (VIDEO)
Tragedy struck on Monday when a commercial bus collided with a trailer in Lagos, leaving no fewer than 10 persons dead and several others injured.
Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred in the early hours along a busy expressway, when the bus, reportedly speeding, lost control and rammed into the oncoming trailer.
The impact, they noted, was so severe that several passengers died instantly.
Emergency responders, including officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), the police, and paramedics, rushed to the scene to evacuate victims and restore order.
