Federal Government Dislose Revised Service Charter For Nigeria Pensioners
The Federal Government has reaffirmed its commitment to pension reforms with the launch of the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate’s (PTAD) revised Service Charter in Abuja on Wednesday.
The new Charter, themed “Renewed Commitment to Service Excellence,” introduces performance metrics, stakeholder feedback systems, and accountability measures to deliver quicker, reliable, and people-centred services to pensioners nationwide.
