The initiative, unveiled at the NDE headquarters in Abuja less than 24 hours ago, is a direct fulfilment of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to tackle unemployment by equipping Nigerians with market-ready and demand-driven skills.

Key Highlights of the 2nd Phase:

1. Massive Training Reach:
A total of 41,307 Nigerians will benefit from this phase of the programme. The beneficiaries are spread across 8,809 wards nationwide, with at least four persons selected per ward.

2. Household Impact:
Each beneficiary represents a household, meaning that over 41,000 families will directly gain from the initiative. The goal is to build sustainable futures and reduce poverty levels across communities.

3. Skills for Employment:
Beneficiaries will be equipped with skills tailored to current labour market needs, ensuring they are not only employable but also capable of establishing businesses that can create additional jobs.

4. Economic Growth Drive:
The initiative is part of broader economic reforms designed to stimulate job creation, boost productivity, and foster inclusive growth across the federation.

How to Benefit:

Interested Nigerians should monitor official NDE channels and local government announcements for enrolment details in their wards.
