Exercise and sex often aren’t two activities that are used in the same sentence but the art of yoga relies on body awareness, body movement, and breathing. Many experts claim that these three components are important to having healthy intimacy levels and when you have better body awareness, you are more likely to enjoy sex.

However, body awareness is one of the many foundations that yoga is built on. Being aware of your body can help to give you a better image of yourself, which can, in turn, increase your sex drive and ignite passion. A lot of people including women, their partners, fitness instructors, and medical professionals have agreed to the connection between yoga and sex and if all of these people say there is a connection between better intimacy and sex, they must be right.
