Ondopress reports that the management of Beneve Schools handed him over to the Police at Ikotun Division over his failure to apprehend the criminals while he was employed as the school security guard.

Thus, he was charged for conspiracy and failure to use all reasonable means to prevent the commission of a crime as a security guard.

According to the Police, the guard and one other now at large had between 24th and 31st August, 2025, conspired and failed to prevent criminals from stealing school properties and were liable for the commission of the crime.
