Alleged Coup: Nigerian Fighter Jets Sent to Benin Republic Amid Military Takeover
Nigeria has dispatched military aircraft to Benin Republic in response to a military coup that ousted President Patrice Talon on Sunday, according to credible security sources.
The fighter jets departed from Lagos on Sunday and have been observed flying in Benin Republic’s airspace.
