President Tinubu Congratulates Barr. Ismaeel Ahmed on His Birthday, Praises Leadership in CNG & EV Initiative

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended birthday congratulations to Barrister Ismaeel Ahmed, OON, the Executive Chairman of the Presidential Initiative on Compressed Natural Gas and Electric Vehicles (Pi-CNG & EV), lauding his significant contributions to public service, youth engagement, and Nigeria’s push for sustainable transportation.

In a statement released by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information & Strategy, President Tinubu highlighted Barr. Ahmed’s unwavering dedication to advancing one of the administration’s flagship programmes aimed at delivering affordable and eco-friendly energy solutions for transportation nationwide.

President Tinubu described Barr. Ahmed as a committed emerging leader who has consistently supported the progressive movement since the early days of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He noted Ahmed’s pivotal role in shaping the party’s youth wing through the formation of the All Progressives Youth Forum and his tenure as APC National Youth Leader, where he successfully mobilized young Nigerians into the fold.

The President also recognized Barr. Ahmed’s prior government service, including his appointment as Senior Special Assistant to former President Muhammadu Buhari on Social Investments, and his contributions as Secretary of the Policy and Strategy Directorate during the Tinubu/Shettima 2023 presidential campaign.
