Serious Damage at Multiple U.S. Bases in Middle East After IRANIAN Assaults as Iranian F-5 Jet Breached U.S. Defenses
U.S. military bases and equipment in the Persian Gulf region sustained far more extensive damage from Iranian strikes.
Iranian attacks hit dozens of targets across bases in seven Middle East countries, damaging warehouses, command headquarters, aircraft hangars, satellite communications, runways, high-end radar systems, and dozens of aircraft.
Repair costs are expected to run into the billions of dollars.
An Iranian F-5 fighter jet bombed Camp Buehring in Kuwait. It penetrated the base’s air defenses — described as a rare breach and the first time an enemy fixed-wing aircraft struck a U.S. military base in years.Continue Your, Reading. .
