Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) reported, that it detected 24 Chinese military aircraft (PLA) and 8 naval ships (PLAN) operating around the island in the 24-hour period
Of the 24 aircraft, 11 crossed the Taiwan Strait median line into Taiwan’s air defense identification zone (ADIZ) in the northern, southwestern, and eastern sectors.
Taiwan responded by scrambling its own aircraft, dispatching naval ships, and deploying missile systems for monitoring.
