2027: Umahi Urges Unity in Ebonyi, Backs Consensus as State Targets 95% Votes for Tinubu in 2027
Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, has called on Ebonyi political stakeholders to close ranks, respect Governor Francis Nwifuru’s leadership, and pursue consensus ahead of the 2027 elections.
Umahi intervened in the dispute among Ebonyi Central stakeholders, urging peace and reminding all sides that political decisions must serve the greater interest of the state.
He stressed that unity remains key to sustaining progress and ensuring massive support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election.
According to him, Ebonyi has fully adopted Tinubu as its sole presidential candidate, with all strategies focused on delivering over 95% of votes in appreciation of ongoing federal projects in the state.
He also reaffirmed total support for Governor Nwifuru, insisting the governor’s position remains non-negotiable.Continue Your, Reading. .
