Troops Arrest Suspected Kidnapper in Adamawa, Hand Over to DSS

Troops of Operation HADIN KAI have arrested a suspected kidnapper linked to the attack on a Point-of-Sale (POS) operator in Song Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

Security sources said the operation was carried out at about 10:35 a.m. on April 21 by troops of 232 Battalion (Tactical) during a covert operation in Loko village.

The sources said the suspect was identified as one of those involved in the March 12, 2026 attack on the POS operator in the area.

Preliminary information indicated that the suspect was on the wanted list of the Department of State Services (DSS).

He was subsequently handed over to the DSS for further investigation and necessary action.

The sources added that security operations are being intensified in the area to track other members of the criminal network.Continue Your, Reading. .
