Troops Lunch Manhunt As Fulani Bandit Kill One Civilian In Bokkos
Troops of Sector 5 under Operation Safe Haven (OPEP) have launched a manhunt for suspected Fulani bandits following the killing of a civilian in Bokkos Local Government Area of Plateau State.
Security sources said the incident occurred at about 9:10 a.m. on May 3 at Kaban village.
The sources disclosed that troops deployed at Horop responded to a report of the attack and moved to the scene.
According to the sources, the lifeless body of the victim was discovered on arrival, while the perpetrators had fled the area.
