Under this plan, Zionist regime ships will not be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz at any time.

Hostile countries’ ships will not be able to obtain passage permits if they do not pay war reparations

The remaining ships will be able to cross the Strait of Hormuz based on the law that will be approved by the Shura Council and by obtaining a license from Iran.
