Minister To ADC:“EFCC, ICPC Not Agents Of Witch-hunt”

The Federal Government has dismissed allegations by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) that anti-graft agencies are being used by the Bola Tinubu-led government to witch-hunt the opposition.

The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris said the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) are agencies focused solely on stamping out corruption from Nigeria.

Idris made the affirmation while speaking at the opening of the ICPC roundtable engagement on agenda setting, for strategic integration of state commissioners of information in Abuja.
