In a statement released on Wednesday, Katz confirmed that the first evacuation warning had been issued to residents of a high-rise building in Gaza City identified as a “terror target” ahead of an imminent strike.

“Once the door opens, it won’t close,” Katz said, stressing that the operations will continue to expand until Hamas accepts Israel’s terms — including the release of all hostages and complete disarmament — or face “destruction.”
