The high-rise, a prominent landmark in the city, was targeted amid intensified bombardments as Israel escalates its military campaign against Hamas. Witnesses reported that the strike levelled the entire structure, leaving it in ruins.

The Mushtaha Tower, which housed residential apartments and offices, was considered a symbol of Gaza’s urban skyline before its demolition. Its destruction marks another significant blow to civilian infrastructure in the ongoing conflict, now in its 700th day.
