OFFICIAL: ADC Clarifies Court Order On Party’s Leadership; Says Court Didn’t Grant Injunction
The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has clarified that the Federal High Court in Abuja did not grant injunction restraining Senator David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from acting as the party’s National Chairman and National Secretary… .Read ..Full.. Article.. .
A statement by the National Publicity Secretary of ADC, Bolaji Abdullahi, the party explains that the court refused an ex-parte application and instead ordered the defendants to be put on notice.
The matter has been adjourned to September 15, 2025.
ADC attributes false reports to desperate political merchants who failed to stop INEC from acknowledging the party’s leadership change.
