Nigerian Minister Elected Chairman of IFAD Governing Council
In a significant development for global agricultural policy, Nigeria’s Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, has been elected as the new Chairman of the 49th Governing Council of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).
