Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has accused neighbouring Gulf countries of complicity in ongoing strikes he says have caused significant civilian casualties in Iran.

Araghchi alleged that hundreds of Iranian civilians, including more than 200 children, have been killed in attacks he attributed to joint operations involving the United States and Israel.

“Hundreds of Iranian civilians have been killed in Israeli-American strikes, including over 200 children,” he said.

The foreign minister further claimed that some countries in the region hosting U.S. military forces are not only providing operational support but are also encouraging the attacks.

“Reports indicate that some neighbouring countries hosting U.S. forces and allowing attacks on Iran are actively encouraging this massacre. Positions must be clarified immediately,” he added.
