My Sex Life Was Out Of Control In 2025. It Was My Go-To Therapy — Singer Omah Lay
Nigerian singer Omah Lay opened up about his personal struggles with his sexual life, revealing that 2025 was a particularly intense period for him.
Speaking with Nandoleaks, he said, “My sex life was crazy as of last year 2025, it was insane.” He described the experience as “a journey of self-discovery” and revealed, “I found out a lot about myself on this journey. I found out I am an obsessive person, whatever I touch I die for it.”
When asked if there was a time he got very obsessive with sex, he added, “Yes, it was like my go-to. I lose myself anytime I fall in love as big as I am.”
He also admitted that sex became a form of therapy for him, helping him cope with emotions and experiences during that period.See full, Story. .
