‘Nobody Believes You’, Says El-Rufai As Obi, Amaechi Beg For One 2027 Seat
Former Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, has said that nobody believes it when the likes of ex-governors Peter Obi and Rotimi Amaechi say they will serve only one term if elected as President.
Ondopress recalls that Obi recently made a vow to serve only one term if elected President in 2027.
“I will serve only one term of four years if elected President. And that vow is sacrosanct,” Obi stated on X.
Amaechi also committed to serving only a single term if selected by the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as its 2027 presidential candidate.
