Officials confirmed on Wednesday that the landmark pact, once sealed, will significantly boost trade ties between the fast-growing Asian giant and the Russia-led economic bloc.
The agreement is expected to expand cooperation in energy, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, technology, and industrial goods, while reducing tariffs and easing market access across both regions.
