Russian President says Russia Ready for Peace with Ukraine
President Putin stated that Russia is ready for peace talks with Ukraine, but only if Kyiv accepts Russia’s key conditions including keeping occupied territories, Ukrainian neutrality, and other demands from earlier frameworks.
Russia says will continue military operations while negotiations go on.
Kremlin says a meeting between Putin and Zelenskyy is only possible when Zelensky comes to Moscow.
