6 Reportedly Died, Many Stranded After Multi-Vehicle Crash on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
Six people lost their lives in a multiple-vehicle accident involving tankers, articulated trucks, and cars at the Ibadan toll gate section of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway on Friday night.
The crash triggered a fire outbreak and left many commuters stranded for hours on Saturday.
Oyo State Fire Service Chairman Moroof Akinwande said eight others were rescued and handed over to FRSC officials for medical attention.
