A victim of a brutal attack in Imioko, Okpella, Edo State, has cried out over the alleged killing of his friend and the recruitment of the perpetrators as vigilantes.see video. .

“We were celebrating my friend’s new Corolla car when they opened fire on us. Israel shot Bobby, Bobby died instantly. Ibrahim fired me, I sustained injuries that led to several surgeries, even a heart surgery,” the victim recounted.

He further alleged that after the incident, the killers were recruited to become vigilantes and are now legally permitted to carry firearms. “After that incident, they recruited them to become vigilantes. They are now legal to fire arms,” he said.
