Graduate-Turned-Akara Seller Confirms First Lady’s N500k Grant: “I Was Frying Under a Tree, Now I Own a Kiosk”
A Nigerian graduate and akara vendor, Ayobami Ogunmoroti, has confirmed that First Lady Oluremi Tinubu’s financial support transformed his business from a roadside operation to a proper food kiosk.
Ogunmoroti, a Political Science Education graduate from UNN, made the disclosure in a viral TikTok video.
He recounted how the support arrived at a critical moment, allowing him to move from frying under a tree to owning a food kiosk and employing 12 workers.
